Automatic grease central lubrication system auto electric grease pump
mesolube Lubrication Pumps:
- These pumps feed lubricant from the reservoir into the tubing system of an automatic centralized lubrication system.
- They maintain sufficient pressure to compensate for pressure drops in tubing, filters, valves, distributors, and friction points.
- Different types include:
- Single-line lubrication systems
- Dual-line lubrication systems
- Progressive lubrication systems
- Multi-line lubrication systems
- Small oil circulation systems
Description
For progressive lubrication systems
The P300lubrication pump is versatile, compact and economical. Depending on the length of the pipeline, up to 150 lubrication points can be provided. It consists of a housing with an integrated motor, a liquid storage tank with a stirring blade, a pump element with a pressure reducing valve, an oil injection nozzle and electrical connection parts. This powerful pump can drive up to three pump elements and can be equipped with a low-level control electric grease lubrication pump is used in Excavator equipment ,Lubrication pumps feed lubricant from the lubricant reservoir into the tubing system of the automatic centralized lubrication system. The manometric pressure has to be high enough to compensate for pressure drops in the tubing, components (filters, valves, distributors) and friction points.
